Practice for This Week: Grounding Practice and Safe Place Practice

Below are some guided meditations that we invite you to practice with this week. The body, breath and mind practice can be seen as a foundational grounding practice, perhaps one you want to try out every day. The safe place meditation is one that of course, can also be practiced every day but is a wonderful practice to start to watch your body kick in to the "soothing system".
